God doesn’t make mistakes, junk, or waste time, or energy. Everything God made has a purpose from the smallest bug to you and me.
The problem(s) that each person has is pride, selfishness, and no focus. When we focus on the needs of people other than our own great things BEGIN to happen. We become less selfish, more focused, and more compassionate.
The Bible tells us inPhilippians 2:3-4, “Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit , but with humility of mind regard one another as more important than yourselves; do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others.”
If you’re bored think about what you might do on behalf of others. You might rake a yard, walk a dog, talk with a Senior adult, write a soldier, feed the homeless, visit the lonely, or pray for our elected officials. Doesn’t seen like much or even very exciting. But these folks see life and purpose in what is being done.
And God sees stars being born.
